Ordering & Account
Browse to the product you want, click "Order Prints" or "Shop Now", upload your photos, choose your options, and add to cart. You can pay online and choose home delivery or in-store pickup at checkout.
Yes. Our store is open Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 10am–2pm. Bring your files on a USB drive, phone, or email them to info@fleetwoodphoto.com ahead of your visit.
Log into your account and go to Order History. You'll also receive email updates when your order is confirmed and when it's ready for pickup or dispatch.
Yes — guest checkout is available. You'll receive order confirmation by email. Creating an account lets you track orders and save projects for reordering.
Yes. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout. We'll send you an email or give you a call when your order is ready to collect from our Knoxville store.
Photo Prints
Standard sizes range from 3×5 up to 12×12. We also offer enlargements up to 40×60 and fine art prints on premium media. Need a custom size? Contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Glossy, lustre, and matte on standard prints. Fine art prints are available on additional media — contact us for the full list of options.
JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. For best results, upload the highest-resolution version of your image.
Aim for at least 300 DPI at the final print size. If you're unsure, upload what you have — we'll flag any resolution issues before printing rather than deliver a poor result.
Yes. You can upload directly from your phone's camera roll during the online order process, or bring your phone into the store and we'll help you from there.
Standard photo prints are typically ready next day. Enlargements and fine art prints may take 2–3 business days. Production times are shown on each product page.
Archiving, Scanning & Digitizing
Printed photos, 35mm slides, negatives, VHS tapes, 8mm and 16mm movie film, and audio media. We also handle specialty scanning projects — contact us if you have something not listed.
Bring in (or mail in) your printed photos and we scan them to high-resolution digital files. Files are returned on USB or via digital download depending on volume. We also offer a Shoebox Scanning Kit for larger collections.
A prepaid kit for scanning a large collection of loose prints. You receive a box, fill it with your photos, and drop it off or mail it in. We scan everything and return your originals along with digital files.
Photo scanning is typically 5–10 business days. VHS and film transfers may take 1–2 weeks depending on volume. We'll confirm an estimated completion date when you drop off.
Yes. All original prints, tapes, negatives, and film reels are returned to you with your completed order.
Absolutely. We store everything securely and track items throughout the process. We understand how irreplaceable family photos, tapes, and film can be — we've been handling them with care for decades.
Yes. We offer photo restoration for damaged, torn, faded, or water-damaged prints. Restoration pricing depends on the extent of work needed — bring the print in or contact us for an assessment.
VHS & Video Transfer
VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, 8mm, MiniDV, Betamax, and others. Contact us if you have a format not listed — we handle specialty formats too.
Your videos are transferred to MP4 digital files, delivered on USB drive or as a digital download. Your original tapes are always returned to you.
Yes. We handle both 8mm and 16mm film reels, transferred frame-by-frame to digital video.
Wall Art & Décor
Canvas prints, metal prints, wood prints, acrylic prints, gallery mounts, gallery blocks, posters, and collages. Each product page shows available sizes and options.
Canvas is warm and textured — popular for portraits and family photos. Metal is vibrant, high-gloss, and modern — great for landscapes and high-contrast images. Come in to see samples if you're unsure which suits your photo.
Yes. All canvas gallery wraps are mounted on a solid frame and arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Custom Framing
Artwork, photographs, memorabilia, needlework, sports jerseys, and more. If you're not sure whether we can frame it, bring it in and we'll take a look.
For most custom projects, yes — we'll measure the piece and walk you through mat and frame options in person. For standard photo sizes we can sometimes quote remotely if you provide the dimensions.
Typically 1–2 weeks depending on the materials selected. We'll confirm the turnaround when you place the order.
Film Developing
Yes. We process colour film (C-41 process). Bring your rolls into the store.
Developed negatives plus a digital scan of your images. Print options are available at an additional cost.
Typically 3–5 business days.
Shipping & Returns
Yes. We ship across the US. Shipping costs and estimated delivery are shown at checkout before you pay.
Standard shipping is typically 3–5 business days after production is complete. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Because most of our products are custom-made to order, we don't accept returns except in cases of production error or damage. If there's a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
